Food Safety Risk Prevention and Control Strategies in the Production Process of Agricultural Products
A Case study of Liandu District, Lishui City

Abstract: The production stage of agricultural products is the first line of defense forfood safety risk prevention and control,which isdirectlyrelatedtothequalityofterminal productsandthehealthofconsumers.ThisarticletakesLiandu Districtof Lishui City,Zhejiang Province as the research object,comprehensively considers the current development situation of local characteristic industries such as tea and vegetables,and analyzes the basic conditions and key dimensions of risk prevention and control in the production process.Optimization strategies are proposed from four aspects: technology empowerment,standard implementation,regulatory coordination,and brand leadership. Relying on theactual foundation of Liandu District,with the number of "Three Products and One Standard" certifications reaching as many as 116and the relatively high pass rate of agricultural product spot checks,and through operational methods such as further upgrading the digital traceability system and refining industryspecific standards,the study aims to provide a solid guaranteefor the production safetyof agricultural products in this area,promote the construction of the entire industrial chainofquality agriculture,and enhance the value of ecological brands.
