Abstract:At present,people pay more and more atention to food safety,and inspection is an importantlink to ensure fod quality.Grainandoilproductsare essential goods for life.Specialatentionshouldbepaid tothedetectionof metal elements in grainandoil products.Once themetal elements exceedthe standard,they willbring great harm to mankind. Therefore,before entering the market,the grain andoil products must be inspected and the relevant inspection report mustbeobtained toensure thesafetyoffood.Therapid detection technology has theadvantages ofshortdetectioncycle, simple operation,low price and convenientcarrying,which has broad application prospects in the fieldof heavy metal residue detectioningrainandoil products.Basedontheaboveresearch,thispaper intends tosystematically study the rapid detection technologyof heavy metals ingrain andoil products,andanalyze itsapplication characteristics,aiming at providing supportforpromoting thetechnological innovationand industrialapplicationof heavymetals ingrainandoil products in China.
