Construction and Innovation Models of Food Safety Control System in the Catering Industry

Abstract:This articleconducts asystematic analysis of the concept and significance of the food safety prevention and control system inthecatering industry,sortsoutthecontentofthesystemconstruction,expounds itsbasicconstituent elementsandestablishmentsteps,and explores its innovative modelsindigitalconstruction,intellgentsupervision,and social co-governance.Itaims to provide theoretical guidanceforcatering enterprises tobuild ascientific,standardized and effcient foodsafety prevention and control system,soas to enhance the guaranteecapacityof catering food safety and develop a standardized and high-quality catering industry.
