Challenges and Countermeasures for Food Safety Supervision of "Small Dining Tables" at the Grassroots Level： Based on the Practice and Thinking of Datian County

Abstract： As an important form of off-campus custody servicefor primary and secondary school students，"small dining tables"（family-rundaycarecenters）haveatractedincreasingsocialatentionregarding theirfoodsafetyissues.Basedon practicalworkandanalysisoffoodsafetysupervisionof "smalldining tables"inDatian County，this paper systematically examines theexistingfood safetyhazards in "smalldining tables"and highlights prominent problems insupervision work， includinglackoflegalbasis，regulatoryblindspots，diiultiesinlcenseprocessing，adequatefoodsafetymanageentand weak coordination mechanisms.Inresponse to these issues，this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects： buildingatieredandcategorizedsupervisionmodel，expandingchannels forlads，implementinglicense management， strengthening foodsafety management，and establishingajoint supervision mechanism，withtheaimof providing practical references for standardizing the operationof "small dining tables"and ensuring the dining safetyofcustody students.
