基层“小饭桌”食品安全监管难点与对策研究

Challenges and Countermeasures for Food Safety Supervision of "Small Dining Tables" at the Grassroots Level: Based on the Practice and Thinking of Datian County

Abstract: As an important form of off-campus custody servicefor primary and secondary school students,"small dining tables"(family-rundaycarecenters)haveatractedincreasingsocialatentionregarding theirfoodsafetyissues.Basedon practicalworkandanalysisoffoodsafetysupervisionof "smalldining tables"inDatian County,this paper systematically examines theexistingfood safetyhazards in "smalldining tables"and highlights prominent problems insupervision work, includinglackoflegalbasis,regulatoryblindspots,diiultiesinlcenseprocessing,adequatefoodsafetymanageentand weak coordination mechanisms.Inresponse to these issues,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: buildingatieredandcategorizedsupervisionmodel,expandingchannels forlads,implementinglicense management, strengthening foodsafety management,and establishingajoint supervision mechanism,withtheaimof providing practical references for standardizing the operationof "small dining tables"and ensuring the dining safetyofcustody students.
