食品检测实验室中检测设备管理对质量控制的作用研究

Abstract: Food testing laboratories face challenges such as equipment aging, inadequate management,and uneven regional distribution,leading to reduced accuracy and quality fluctuations.To addressthese,a dynamic configuration model based on testing needs should be developed, using the ABC classification method to prioritize equipment updates. Implementing a PDCA management system,along with usage registration and preventive maintenance,is esential. Aditionally,creating an equipment-sharing cloud platform, promoting redial layout of regional testing centers,and applying IoT-based remote monitoring and blockchain for equipment traceabilitycan enhance equipment management and ensure quality control.
