Abstract: This paper analyzes five trans fatyacid control technologies in food oil production,including optimized raw material pretreatment,improvedhydrogenation,functionaltransesterification,refinedoil deodorizationcontroland processing oxidation inhibition.Onthisbasis,itputs forward targeted suggestions to improve their practicalapplication and ensure the safety of food oil products.
