Comparative Analysis of Multi-method Rapid Detection Safety for Mycotoxins in Grain and Oil Products

Abstract: Mycotoxin contamination in grain and oil products poses a serious threat to food safety.Targeting major contaminants suchas aflatoxins,zearalenone,and deoxynivalenol,this paper systematically analyzes the technical principles and performance characteristics of immunological detection,chromatography-mass spectrometry techniques, and novelrapid detection methods.The differences among various methods indetection sensitivity,accuracy,time eficiency,and cost-effctiveness arecompared,andthesafetyassurance capabilities of different technologies are evaluated.The results indicate that LC-MS/MS and HPLC methods offer high sensitivity and excellnt accuracy; immunological methodsarerapid,convenient,andcost-efective;andemerging technologies includingnear-infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and biosensorsare portable and intellgent.Establishing a three-leveldetection system of "rapid screening-precise quantification-arbitration confirmation"can effctively enhance the quality and safety supervision efficiency of grain and oil products.
