Rapid Quantitative Detection Technologies for Nutrient Composition in Grain and Oil Samples

Abstract: As the core component of residents'dietary intake,the nutritional content of cerealsandoils,including proteins,fats,carbohydrates,andvitamins,serves as key indicators forqualityassessment and supervision of the competent department of grain.Traditionaldetectionmethodssuch asthe Kjeldahl nitrogen determinationand Soxhlet extraction are involved inissueslikecumbersome procedures,prolonged processng times,andhigh reagent consumption, makingthem inadequatefortheeffcient testing demands ofthecerealsandoils industry.Thisarticle focuses onrapid quantitative detection technologies for the nutritional components of cerealsand oils,analyzing the principles and application scenarios of mainstream techniques such as near-infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and enzymelinked immunosorbent assays,while exploring potential optimization directions.The results demonstrate that rapid detectiontechnologies canreducetesting timefromseveralhours withtraditionalmethods totheminutelevel,fctively meeting the inspection needsof variousstages including grainandoil procurement,procesing,and distribution.These technologies provide eficient support for quality control and nutritional evaluation in the cereals and oils industry.
