Optimization Strategies of Food Safety Sampling Programs from Risk-Oriented Perspective

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the increasing complexityand cross-regionalization of the food supply chain, the traditionalregulatory model is facedwiththedual chalenges ofresource constraintsandhiddenrisks.How torelyon scientific institutionalarrngements toaccuratelytargetand eliminateriskswithlimitedresouces is thekeytodeepening food safety governance.At present,bysimply increasing the coverage of sampling,itcanno longer meet the needsof high-quality development,and in practice,the sampleclassification confusion,storage and transportation procesout of control and other implementation challnges areoften faced.This paper is basedon the problem-oriented,in-depth discussion of howto reconstructtherisk-based sampling decision-making logic,focusing ontheanalysisof scientific sampling plan to avoid duplication of the sampling mechanism,as wellas standardizing the whole-process optimization path fromsamplecollection,transportation tostorage,andaims attheestablishmentof asientific,rigorous andeffcent food safety sampling system to provide the theoretical basis and practical references.
