Research on Key Points of Biotoxin Prediction in the Food Safety Field

Abstract: As a significant threat to food safety,biotoxins are widely present in various food categories such as grains,fruits,vegetables,and livestock products.Their hightoxicityand concealment makethem prone to causing food poisoning incidents,posing risks to human health.This paper firstclarifies the types,characteristics,and contamination paterns of biotoxins.Itthen analyzes key prediction aspects fromthree dimensions: the predictive technology system, criticalinfluencing factors,anddata support systems.The study focuses on exploring theapplication logic of predictive technologies such as physicochemical detection,biosensing,andmachine learning,while examining theimpactoffactors such as environment,production,processng,storage,and transportationonpredictionoutcomes.Finally,itproposes optimization recommendations,including improving prediction standards,strengthening technological integration,and establishing acomprehensive predictive mechanism,aiming to enhance the risk prevention and control capabilities for food biotoxins and ensure food safety.
