Abstract: Toaddress isues suchas prolonged testing cycles,insuffcient equipment,weak technical adaptabilityand inadequate qualitycontrol systems in grasroots testing institutions,this paper proposes an innovative and practicalrapid testing solution.Centeredon "multi-technologycollboration-process optimization-three-dimensionalqualitycontrol," the solution integrates technologieslikebiosensors,LAMPisothermalamplification,and microfluidicchips tostablish a multi-indicatorsynchronous detection system.Itoptimizes the entire workflowand forms aclosed-loopquality control mechanism.Validationresults showthat the solution reduces testing cycles forfood microbiological inspection items such as total bacterialcount,coliforms,moldsand yeasts,and commercial sterilityto2to5hours.Pathogenic bacteria detection limits reach 1O CFU/mL,while mycotoxin detection limits achieve 0.1μg/kg ,witha method specificityof 98 % . The coincidence rate with national standard methods is ⩾95% . The solution is simple to operate, cost-effective, and tailored to grassots needs,providing technical support and a practical paradigm for enhancing foodsafety at the grassroots level.
