Abstract: This paper systematicall investigates the interaction among theaflavins,thearubigins and caffeine in black tea,comprehensivelyconsiders the interaction principles of the three components in the cardiovascular system,their positive regulatory functions and potential adverseefects,and explores the appropriate intake standards.It provides theoreticalbasisand practicalreferenceforthesafedrinking planofblack tea,cardiovascularnutrition managementand the development of related functional foods.
