Research on the Application Strategies of Food Safety Management System in Quality Control ofFood Processing Link

Abstract: This paper focuses on thequalitycontrol needs ofthe food processing link,elaborates on thecore demands of food processing quality control and the framework notation of the food safety management system,and deeply analyzes the problems existing intheapplicationof thesystem,such as insufficient adaptability,shortcomings infullprocess control,lowdigital leveland mismatch of personnel literacy.Basedonthis,this paperproposes optimization strategies fromtheaspectsof building apersonalized system framework,strengthening closed-loopcontrol,promoting digitaltransformation,refining the training mechanismandoptimizing thesupervision system,and clarifies themain responsibilityof enterprises, policy supervision and the role of industry asociations and other guarantee measures.
