Abstract:Thefood safety of universitycafeterias is a core component of campus public health management,directly impacting the healthoffacultyand students as wellascampus stability.From the perspective offull-processsupervision, this paper analyzes issues such as ambiguous responsible entities and weak risk prevention in current food safety supervision of university cafeterias.Itconstructs acomprehensive supervision framework encompassng decision-making cordination,implementationexecution,monitoring prevention,andfeedback rectification.The paper proposesstrategies including pre-event prevention through institutionalsystem establishment,in-eventcontrolvia dynamic monitoring,and post-event evaluation with rectification tracking.The aim is toprovidetheoretical referenceand practical guidance for universities inbuilding a systematic fod safety full-processsupervisionsystem,thereby enhancing regulatory efficiency and promoting risk prevention at the source.
