Abstract：Thefood safety of universitycafeterias is a core component of campus public health management，directly impacting the healthoffacultyand students as wellascampus stability.From the perspective offull-processsupervision， this paper analyzes issues such as ambiguous responsible entities and weak risk prevention in current food safety supervision of university cafeterias.Itconstructs acomprehensive supervision framework encompassng decision-making cordination，implementationexecution，monitoring prevention，andfeedback rectification.The paper proposesstrategies including pre-event prevention through institutionalsystem establishment，in-eventcontrolvia dynamic monitoring，and post-event evaluation with rectification tracking.The aim is toprovidetheoretical referenceand practical guidance for universities inbuilding a systematic fod safety full-processsupervisionsystem，thereby enhancing regulatory efficiency and promoting risk prevention at the source.
