Abstract: Withtheadvancement of technologyandtherapiddevelopment of various industries inour country,people's awarenessoffoodsafety has greatly increased,andtherequirements forsafety arebecoming increasinglystrict,sothe accuracy,reliabilityandscientificityoffoodinspectionandtestingareextremelyimportant.Thispaperanalyzesherisks existing in food inspection in China at this stageand theefective control measures,whichare for reference.
