Abstract： Withtheadvancement of technologyandtherapiddevelopment of various industries inour country，people's awarenessoffoodsafety has greatly increased，andtherequirements forsafety arebecoming increasinglystrict，sothe accuracy，reliabilityandscientificityoffoodinspectionandtestingareextremelyimportant.Thispaperanalyzesherisks existing in food inspection in China at this stageand theefective control measures，whichare for reference.
