Dietary Guidance for Volleyball Athletes in Sports Training

Abstract:The high-intensity intermittent natureof thesportofvolleyballimposes stringentdemandsonathletes' physical endurance reserves,rapid energyconversion eficiencyand muscle recovery speed.Preciseenergyand nutrition supply serves asthecore foundationfor supporting athletes incompleting high-intensitytraining and maintaining stable competitiveperformance,aswellasacriticalprerequisiteforsteady improvementintheirathleticcapabilities.Scientific dietary practices,by optimizing energy intake structure,accurately regulating core nutrient ratios,and coordinating reasonable pre and post-training meal planning with ingredient selection,can effectively enhance athletes' adaptability to training loads,reduce injury risks,andaccelerate post-training physiological recovery.This paper integrates the nutritional requirementsof vollyballathletes at different training stages,leveraging cutting-edge advancements in exercise physiologyand nutrition,tooutline athletes'energyandnutrition demand characteristics.It proposes targeted personalized dietary guidance strategies,providing a scientific basis for daily training support of vollyballathletes and aiding in the realization of their athletic potential.
