Study on Quality Control Strategies in Food Microbiological Examination

Abstract:This paper is grounded inthe routine practiceof food microbiologicallaboratories and identifies risk points in four major links of the testing proces:sample management,examinationoperations,laboratory environment,and result determination.In line with current regulatory standards,an integrated qualitycontrol system is established from the perspectivesof sampling design,cold-chainand chemical preservative control,graded managementof personnel, maintenance of laboratory environment and equipment,and data traceability management.The proposed system provides technical support for regulatoryauthoritiesand food producers to enhance the accuracy and comparabilityof microbiological test results.
