Determination of 3-chloropropanol Esters in Edible Oils by Solid-Phase Microextraction Combined with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:This studyestablishes amethod forthedeterminationof 3-chloropropanol esters inedible oils using solidphase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS). Through systematic optimization of extraction fibers,extraction time,anddesorption temperature,optimal pretreatmentand instrumental analysis conditions were established.Method validation results demonstrates that 3- chloropropanol esters exhibited good linearitywithin the concentration range of 0.5~50μg/L ( R2 =0.999 2). The method showed a relative standard deviation of 2.1% 2 4.5% , a detection limit of O.O5 μg/kg, and a recovery rate of 88.6 % ( .104.3% , meeting the requirements for trace detection. The method is applied to screen 24 samples of6 types of commerciallyavailableedibleoils,with all samples containing 3-chloropropanolesters belowthe provisional limit specified inthe National Food Safety Standard for Contaminants in Foods (GB 2762—2022).
