Food Safety Hazards and Regulatory Recommendations in Dietary Supply for Campus Sports Specialists

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening sports-education integration strategies,campus sports specialists constitutea group undergoing high-intensity training.Their dietarysupport is intrinsicall linked tobothcompetitive performance and physical health.The existing centralized campus meal supply modelstruggles to met this group's unique metabolic demandsandfood-bome stimulantprevention standards.This paper analyzes the physiological characteristicsof thisgroupfromasports nutritionperspective,identifyingstructuralvulnerabilitiesinthecurrentfoodsuplychain,icluding ingredientsourcing verification,crosscontamination control during processing,and precisionnutritional interventions. To address these regulatory gaps,the study proposes acomprehensive risk prevention mechanism: establishing dedicated ingredient access thresholds,implementing HACCP process control systems,and enhancing specialized monitoring networks. These measures provide a pathway for optimizing logistical governance in campus competitive sports.
