试论易挥发性有机物标准工作曲线绘制操作优化

Abstract： Drawing thestandard working curve is thekey to accurately determine the concentration of disinfection byproducts.Through comparative research on the preparation of standard curves for measuring formaldehyde concentration in water by AHMT spectrophotometry，it is found that diluting the standard solution with a higherconcentration of standard substances and initially adding pure water to a specific volume before introducing the standard solution can effctively reduce the volatilization of organic compounds in water.The working curve obtained in this way has good linearity，a correlation coefficient greaterthan O.999，anda relative deviation of thequalitycontrol sample within 5% .This optimization operation is also applicable to the drawing of the standard curve for the determination of 1，2-dichloroethane in water by gas chromatography.
