Effect of Structured Psychological Support Combined with Emotional Intervention onSleep Quality in Pediatric Patientsunder Emergency Observation

AbstractObjective：ToanalyzetheclinicalValueof aplying structured psychologicalsupportcombined withemotional interventioninpediatricpatientsunder emergencyobservation.Methods：Atotalof1OOpediatricpatientsadmitedtothe Department of Emergencyof Quanzhou FirstHospitalfrom January2022 toDecember2O23were selectedas thestudysubjects.Accordng to theblockrandomization method，theyweredividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservation group，with5Ocases ineach group.The controlgroupreceivedroutineintervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedstructuredpsychologicalsupportcombinedwithemotionalinterventionBothgroupswereinterveneduntildischarge（3to7days）.Theimprovementinslpualitybeforeandafter interventionwascomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Afterintervention，theobservationgroupshowedlowersleepdisorder scoresand highersleepqualtyscoresthanthecontrol group.TheFearofProgresion Questionnaire（FoP-Q）score intheobservationgroup waslowerthanthatinthecontrol group.Inadition，theobservationgrouphadfewernocturalawakenings，longermaximum nightime sleep duration，and higher satisfaction，with statistically significant differences（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The applicationofstructured psychological supportcombinedwithemotionalinterventioncanreducetheleveloffearinpediatricpatients under emergencyobservation，stabilize their emotions，and provide a favorable physiologicalbasis for diseaserecovery.
