Influence of Whole-course Care Nursing Combined with Self-dontrolled Analgesia Pump on Pain Degree and Sleep Quality in Parturients with Cesarean Section

AbstractObjective:Thisarticleaims to explore theinfluenceof whole-coursecare nursingcombined withself-controlldanalgesiapumpon postpartumpaindegreeand sleepqualityin parturients withcesarean section.Methods:Atotalof1OO parturients whoreceivedcesareansectionin ZhangzhouPeople'sHospitalfromMay2O24 toMay2O25wereenroledassubjectsandwere randomlydivided intoanobservation groupandacontrolgroup,with5Ocases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine interventionmeasures,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedaditionalwhole-coursecarenursingandself-controledanalgesia pump interventiononthebasisofroutine intervention.Thepaindegr,comfort statusand sleepqualitywerecompared.Results: The VisualAnalogue Scale(VAS）scores inobservation groupduringeach periodafterdelivery weresignificantlylowerthanthose incontrolgroup,andthescoresofdimensionsofKolcabaGeneralComfortQuestionnaire(GCQ）inthetwogroupsafterinterventionweresignificantlyincreased,andtheinceasesinbservationgoupweresignifcantlyghertanthoseinontrolgoup,nd the scoresofdimensionsof Pitsburgh Sleep QualityIndex(PSQI）were significantlydecreased inboth groupsthan those before interventionandthedecreasesresigficantlylowerinobservationgroup,andtheabovedifereneswerestatisticallsigiicant ( P
