Effects of Leukocyte-less Transfusion on Reducing Adverse Reactions of Blood Transfusion and Its Influence on Sleep Quality in Patients

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefects ofleukocyte-less transfusion technologyonreducingadversereactionsofbloodtransfusionanditsinfuenceonslepqualityofpatients.Methods：Byusingaretrosectiveanalysis，thecolectionperiodofcaseswas fromJanuary 2O23 to December 2O24.Theresearch subjects were92 patients whoreceived blood ransfusion treatmentat . They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table：the control group（ n=46 ，using conventional blood transfusion）and the observation group（ n=46 ，using leukocyte filter for less white blood cell transfusion） . The adversereactionsafter bloodtransfusionandsleepqualitybeforeandafter blood transfusion werecomparedbetweenthetwo groups.Results：Compared with the control group，the incidenceof adversereactions intheobservationgroup waslower（ P< （204号 0.05）. Compared with the control group，the observation group had lower scores for post transfusion sleep quality（ 1.13±0.25 ）， sleep onset time（ 0.92±0.21 ），sleep time（1 .13±0.18 ），sleep efficiency （ 1.34±0.29 ），hypnotic drugs（ 1.13±0.27 ），sleep disorders （ 0.91±0.12 ），and daytime functional disorders （ 1.09±0.24 ）（ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion： Leucocyte less transfusion technologyplaysanimportantole，efectivelyreducestheincidenceofadversereactionsofbloodtransfusion，isbeneficialtoimprove the sleep quality of patients，and has high clinical application value.
