Analysis of the Impact of Emergency Psychological Counseling Combined with Analgesic Intervention on the Treatment Effects and Sleep Quality in Patients with Severed Finger Trauma

AbstractObjective：Thisarticleaims to explore theimpact of emergency psychologicalcounselingcombinedwithanalgesic interventiononthetreatmentefectsandsleepqualityinpatientswithseveredfingertrauma.Methods：Atotalof9Opatientswith severed finger trauma inour hospital from June 2O22 to 2O25 were selected divided into the control group（ n=45 ）and the observation group（ n=45 ）by the sealed envelope method.The control group received routine emergency nursing，while the observation groupwascombinedwithpsychologicalcounselingandanalgesicinterventionThetreatmentefects，sleepqualityandpsyological state werecompared.Results：Thesuccessrateof treatment intheobservationgroup washigher than thatinthecontrol group， and the disability rate in the observation group was lower（ P<0.05） . Before nursing，the comparison of sleep quality scores had no significant differences （ P>0.05 ）. After the nursing，the sleep quality scores of each item in the observation were lower（ P< 0.05）.Before the nursing，the psychological state scores of the two groups had no significant differences （ P>0.05 ） . After the nursing，the psychological state scores of the observation group were lower（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： The implementation of emergencypsychologicalcounselingcombined withanalgesic intervention forpatientswithfingeramputation traumacan improvethe treatment effects，enhance sleep quality，and improve the psychological state of patients.
