AbstractObjective:Thisarticleaims toinvestigateandanalyzetheclinicaleffectsof hierarchicalnursingandsleepinterventionbasedontheneeds theoryonsleepqualityandcomplications inhemodialysispatientswithuremia.Methods:Atotalof 100 uremichemodialysispatientsadmited totheHemodialysis Centerof Xiamen UniversityAfiliated Xiang'an Hospital fromMay 2023 to March 2O25 wererandomly divided intoacontrol group andanobservation group using arandom number table method, with 50cases ineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutineintervention,whiletheobservationgroupreceived hierarchical nursingcombinedwithsleepinterventionbasedonneedstheory.Studyandanalyzetheclinicalaplicationeffectsofdiferentinterventionplans.Results:Compared withthecontrol group,theobservationgroup hadlowerscoresinPitsburgh SleepQualityIndex(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS）,and incidenceofcomplicationsafterintervention were statistically significant ( P
