Efects ofMultidisciplinaryIntervention Basedonthe Acceptance-commitmentModelCombinedwith theCognitive Goal Execution Concept on Postoperative Sleep Quality in Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

AbstractObjective：Toobservetheeffectsofamultidisciplinary interventionbasedontheacceptance-commitmentmodelcombined with thecognitivegoalexecutionconceptonsleepqualityinpostoperativepatientswith traumaticbraininjury.Methods：A totalof66postoperativepatientswithtraumaticbraininjuryadmitedtotheDepartmentofNeurosurgeryofUnionHospitalffiliatedtoFujian MedicalUniversityfromApril2O24 toMay2O25 wereenrolledandrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation groupusing arandom number table，with33 cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursing care，while theobservation groupreceivedamultidisciplinaryinterventionbasedontheacceptance-commitment modelcombined withthecognitive goalexeutionconcept.ChangesinsleequalitybforeandafterinterventionwereassedusingthPitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）.Improvement in anxietyand depresion was evaluated using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）and the HamiltonDepresion Scale（HAMD）respectively.Daytimeslepiness was assessedusing theEpworth Slepiness Scale（ESS），andinSomnia symptoms were evaluated using the Athens Insomnia Scale（AIS）.Results：After intervention，the PSQIsore，ESS score， andAIS scoreintheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowertanthoseinthecontrolgroup，andthediferenceswerestatistically significant（ P<0.05 ）.After intervention，the HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： The multidisciplinary interventionbasedontheaceptance-commitmentmodelcombined withthecognitivegoal executionconceptcanimprovesleepquality，lleviatedeeeis，acederevelsndepsyhogicalssiosopetietintihtra matic brain injury ，thereby encouraging patients to participate in treatment with a more positive atitude.
