Effect of Platelet Transfusion Combined with Sleep Intervention on Patients with Hematological Dise

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectof systematicslep interventiononsleepstructureandqualityoflifeinpatients with hematologicaldiseasescomplicatedwithinsomnia.Methods：Atotalof168patientswithhematologicaldiseaseswhorequired platelettransfusionand were treatedin Zangzhou Hospitalfrom July2O23 to December 2O24 wereselectedasthestudy subjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservation groupaccording totherandom number tablemethod， with84cases ineach group.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutine nursingcare，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedsystematicsleep interventiononthebasisofroutinecare.ThePitsburghSleeQualityIndex（PSQI）sleepstructure，plateletfunction，andquality of life werecomparedbetweenthetwo groups beforeandafterintervention.Results：After intervention，thePSQIscoreof theobservation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P<0.001 ）.The slep latency was shortened，and the proportion of deep sleep and sleep efficiency were significantly improved（ P<0.001 ）. At 2h and 24h after transfusion，the platelet count，correctedcount increment（CCI），andqualityof lifescoresintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseintheontrol group （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Systematic sleep intervention can significantly improve sleep quality and sleep structure in patients with hematological diseases complicated with insomnia，promote platelet recovery，and improve quality of life.
