AbstractObjective：Toexploretheinterventioneffectofrelaxationtrainingcombinedwithsleepmanagement inpatients with livercancerundergoing hepaticarterial infusionchemotherapy（HAIC）.Methods：Atotalof126patientswithadvancedhepatocelularcarcinoma（HCC）receiving HAICinMengchao Hepatobiliary HospitalofFujian MedicalUniversityfromOctober2023 to October 2024 were selectedasthe studysubjects.They wererandomly dividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation groupaccording totherandomnumbertable method，with63casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutineclinicalintervention， whiletheobservation groupreceivedrelaxationtrainingcombined with sleepmanagementonthebasisofroutineclinical intervention.The Pitsburgh SleepQualityIndex（PSQI），Chineseversionofthe DysfunctionalBeliefsand AtitudesaboutSleep Scale（CDBAS-14），36-Item ShortForm Health Survey（SF-36），and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）were used toevaluate sleepquality， sleepbeliefsandatitudes，qualityoflife，andanxietystatusbeforeandafterintervention.Results：Comparedwiththeontrol group after intervention，the PSQI，C-DBAS-14，and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower（ P<0.05 ）， while the SF-36 score and the effective rate of sleep disorder intervention were significantly higher（ P<0.05， . Conclusion： Relaxation trainingcombinedwithsleepmanagementcanefectivelyallviatedysfunctionalsleepbeliefsandatitudesaswellasslepdisordersduring theperioperativeperiodinpatients withadvanced hepatocelularcarcinomaundergoing HAIC，therebyimprovingquality of life and reducing anxiety.
