Application Effect of Comprehensive Intervention in Patients with Uremia Undergoing Hemodialysis Combined withHemoperfusion— -Evaluation Based on Sleep Quality，Complications，and Psychological State

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectof implementing hemodialysiscombinedwithhemoperfusionandcomprehensiveinterventioneasures inpatients withuremia.Methods：Atotalof72patientswithuremiaadmitedtothe Departmentof Nephrology， FirstAfliatedHospitalofXiamenUniversityfromOctober2O24tougust2O25wereselectedasthestudysubjectsanddivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupaccording toarandomnumbertable，with36patients ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedhemodialysiscombinedwithhemoperfusionandconventional intervention measures，hiletheobservationgroupeceived hmodialysiscombined with hemoperfusionandcomprehensive intervention measures.The Pitsburgh Sleep QualityIndex （PSQI）was usedtocompare the diferences inslee quality between the two groups.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Self-Rating Depresion Scale（SDS）wereused to compare the improvement of anxiety and depresson symptoms in the two groups，andthe incidenceofcomplications wasalsocompared.Results：After intervention，the PSQI score，SASscore，and SDS scoreintheobservation group weresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrol group，andthediferencesbetweenthetwo groups were statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.After intervention，the incidence of muscle spasms and skin itching in the observation group wassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup，andthediferencesbetweenthetwogroupswerestatisticallsigificant （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The combined regimen of hemodialysis with hemoperfusion，supplemented bycomprehensive interventionmeasures，cnefctivelyimprovesleepqualityducethiskofomplications，ndallviateanxietyinpatients wihuia.
