Study on the Improvement of Gastric Functionand Slep Quality in Patients with Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis with Erosion by Huanglian Decoction Combined with Chailong Niwei Decoction

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheeficacyof Huanglian Decoctioncombined with Chailong Niwei Decoctioninimproving gastricfunctionandsleepqualtyinpatientswithchronicnon-atrophicgastritiswitherosionMethods：Atotalof6Opatientswith chronicon-atrophicgastritiswitherosion（traditionalChinesemedicinepatediferentiationspleen-stomachdamp-heatpaer） admited to Quanzhou HospitalofTraditional Chinese MedicinefromFebruary2022 toFebruaryO24 wereselectedasthe study subjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservation group usingalotery-basedrandomization method， with 30 patients ineach group.Thecontrolgroupreceived pantoprazole monotherapy，whiletheobservation groupreceivedacombinationof Chineseherbalcompoundonthebasisof thecontrol groupstreatmentBoth groups weretreatedfor4 weeks.Compare thetraditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，astric functionrelated indicators[serum motilin（MTL），pepsinogenI（PGI）， gastrin（GAS）andpepsinogenI（PGI）]，sleepstausinudngnumberofwakening，wakeningtie，sleepeficicotal sleep time]，and sleepquality[Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI），and Athens Insomnia Scale（AIS）].Results： Compared withthecontrol group，theobservationgroupshowed significantlylower TCMsyndromescoresafter4 weeksof treatment（ P< 0.05）；The concentration of MTL was higher，while the concentrations of GAS，PG I，and PG I were lower（ P<0.05， ;Less awakening frequency，shorter awakening time，higher sleep efficiency，and longer total sleep time （ P<0.05 ）；PSQI and AIS scores were lower（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combined use of Huanglian Decoction and Chailong Niwei Decoction has a significanttherapeuticefectonchronicnon-atrophicgastritiswithmucosalerosionofthespleen-stomachdamp-heatpatern.Thiscombinationtherapyotonlyefectivelypromotesthrecoveryof gastricfunction，butalsoimprovesslepstatusandsleepqualitydemonstrating substantial clinical application value.
