Anesthetic Effects of Dexmedemidine and Its Impact on Sleep Quality inPatients Undergoing Knee Arthroplasty

AbstractObjective：Thisarticleaims discusstheanesthetic efects of dexmedemidineand its impacnslepqualityinpatientsundergoing kneearthroplasty.Methods：Atalof12O patientsundergoing kneearthroplastywereenrolledinthisstudy.From February 2O24 February 2025，two groups of equal sample size（60cases each）were sortedandrandomly grouped by odd-evensampling.Finally，thecontrol group（generalanesthesia）andtheobservationgroup（generalanesthesiacombined with dexmedemidine）wereestablished.Theanesthesiaefectswereevaluated，theperioperativesignsandcomplicationswereobservedandrecorded，andtheposperativeslpqualitywasfinallevaluatedResults：Aferanesthesia，theanesthesiaectsnd thenormallevelofthesignsintheobservationgroupwerebeterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，theincidenceofanesthesiacomplicationswaslowerthanthafthecontrolgroup，andthesleepqualityat24hand48haftersurgerywasbeterthanthaf the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：Dexmedemidine can maintain stable intraoperative signs and good anesthetic effects in knee arthroplasty，provide anesthesia safety ，and help improve posperative sleep quality.

膝关节置换术属于治疗膝关节病变的有效方法之一，该手术方案虽然可实现患者膝关节功能重建，但是有较大的创伤性，这使得临床十分关注该手术麻醉用药情况，以更好地辅助手术顺利高效完成。（剩余4786字）
