AbstractObjective：Thisarticleaims toexploretheimpactofintegratedbiopsychological nursingcombinedwithnarativenursingonslep inpatientsundergoing total hysterectomy.Methods：Atotalof94 patients whounderwenttotal hysterectomyinthe FirstAfliatedHospitalofXiamen Universitywereincludedinagrouptrial（fromAugust2O23toAugust2O24）.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup，with47casesineach group，usingadigitalrandomtable methodThe controlgroupreceivedroutineperioperativenursing，hiletheobservationgoupreceivedintegratedbiopsychologicalnursingcombined withnarrativenursing.Evaluatethediferencesinpostoperativeslepquality，insomniasymptoms，andpsychological status.Results：Aftertheintervention，thePisburghSleepQualityIndex（PSQI），AshensInsomiaScale（AIS），InsomiaSeverity Index（ISI），Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA），and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）werecompared between the two groups. The scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： The implementationof integratedbiopschlogicalusingcombinedwithnarativeursinginpatientsundergoingtotalhsterectoyanhellle viate negative emotions，alleviate insomnia symptoms，and improve overall sleep quality.
