AbstractObjective:Thisarticleaims to explore thequantitative assessmentof theimpactof pulmonaryrehabitationtraining combined with airwaymanagementon the sleepquality inpatients with severepneumonia intheintensivecareunit(Intensive Care Unit,ICU).Methods:Atotalof 1O patients withseverepneumoniainthe ICUof Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2024to June2O25were selectedandrandomlydivided intotwo groupsbyrandomcomputer method,with 5O cases in each group.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalintervention,whiletheobservation groupreceivedquantitativeassessmentof pulmonaryrehabilitation training combinedwithairwaymanagementonthebasisof thecontrolgroup.Sleepquality,psychological state,andcomplicationrisk werecompared.Results:Before theintervention,sleepqualityscores betwee thetwogroups hadno differences ( P>0.05 ).After the intervention,the sleep quality scores of each item in the observation group were lower(P0.05 ).
