ffects of Behavioral Reaearch-based Rehabilitation Intervention on Postpartum Role Transformation and Sleep Quality in Primipara Undergoing Cesarean Section

AbstractObjective：Thisarticleaims toexploretherole transformationand changes insleepqualityin primiparaundergoing cesareansectionafterreceivingrehabilitationinterventionbasedonbehavioralresearch method.Methods：Atotalof86prmipara cesareansectionpatientswithsleepdisorders treatedinFuqing MaternalandChildHealthCare HospitalfromJanuary2O3to January 2O25 were included in the study. They were divided into an observation group（ n=43 ） and a control group（ n=43 ）by clusterrandomization.Thecontrolgroupas intervenedacoding tothestandardized interventionprocessaftercesareansection， andtheobservationgroupwasintervenedundertheperspectivebehavioralresearchmethodonthebasisof thecontrol group.Diffrences inmaternal role adaptationasessedbythe MotherRole Adaptation Questionnaire（MRAQ）]and slepquality [assessed bythe Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）]werecompared between thetwo groups before and one monthafter the intervention.Results：There werenosignificant diferences inMRAQandSQIscoresbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeintervention （ P>0.05 ）. One month after the intervention，both groups showed significantly increased in MRAQ scores and decreased PSQI scores（ P<0.05 ）.Moreover，the magnitude of increase in MRAQ scores and decrease in PSQI scores was significantly greater in the observation group compared to the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Rehabilitation intervention from the perspective of behavioralresearchmethodcansignificantlyaceleratetheprocessofpostpartumrole transformationincesareansectionprimipara，enhance their adaptability tothe maternal role，and help to promote the improvement of their sleepquality.
