Application of Multisensory Stimulation in Promoting Sleep and Neurobehavioral Maturation in Preterm Infants

AbstractObjective:Toobserveandevauatetheefects ofmultisensorystimulation inpreterminfantsandtoassssitsinfluence onsleep statusandneurobehavior.Methods:Aprospectivestudywasconducted.Atotalof6Opreterminfantsadmited tothe Neonatal MedicalCenterof Xiamen Children's Hospital fromJune2024to June2O25 wereselectedasthestudysubjects.They wererandomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupaccordingtotherandomnumbertable method,with3Ocases ineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingcare,whiletheobservation groupreceivedmultisensorystimulationintervention.The sleepconditions,nervoussystemdevelopment,andNeonatalBehavioraleurologicalAssessment(NBNA)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,theslep durationintheobservation group was loger thanthatinthecontrolgroup,thesleeplatencywasshorter,andthenumberof nocturnalawakeningswaslowerthanthosenthe control group( P<0.05, ). Before nursing intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the nervous system development scores and NBNA scores between the two groups( P>0.05 ).After nursing intervention,the nervous system development scoresandNBNA scores inboth groups were significantlyimproved,andthevaluesofeach evaluationidex intheobservation group were higher than those in the control group( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: The application of a multisensory stimulation nursing modelduringthecareofpreterminfantshasdistinctadvantages.Itcanimprovesleepquality,promote nervoussystemdevelopment and neurobehavioral maturation,and has positive value for clinical promotion.

据有关研究数据报道,全球范围内每年新增早产儿有1500万之多,因早产儿过早与母体脱离,子宫内感觉刺激时间相对较短,在住院治疗期间经历过多有害刺激,如噪声、强光等,影响身心发育[1-2]与足月儿比较,早产儿各系统发育不够完善,神经发育、睡眠架构提前中断,普遍存在睡眠问题,发生发育协调障碍、脑瘫等问题的风险性较高,为此还需綜合评估其睡眠情况,采取有效的护理措施促进生长发育,改善睡眠质量[34]。(剩余4882字)
