Abstract： This study aims to develop a complex functional beverage made from Ophiopogon japonicus with antistress and immunomodulatory properties，focusing on itsanti-fatigue efects，acute toxicityand immune enhancement effcts.Using extracts ofOphiopogon japonicusandLycium barbarumasthemain materials，theformulationof complex functional beverage wasoptimized through single factor，orthogonal experiments，and verification tests.The study demonstrates thatthecompoundOphiopogonjaponicus functionalbeverage issafe，reliable，andtechnologicallyfeasible， with excellent anti-stress and immunomodulatory properties，which provides new insights for the development of Ophiopogon japonicus products under the concept of "medicine-food homology".
