Abstract: This study aims to develop a complex functional beverage made from Ophiopogon japonicus with antistress and immunomodulatory properties,focusing on itsanti-fatigue efects,acute toxicityand immune enhancement effcts.Using extracts ofOphiopogon japonicusandLycium barbarumasthemain materials,theformulationof complex functional beverage wasoptimized through single factor,orthogonal experiments,and verification tests.The study demonstrates thatthecompoundOphiopogonjaponicus functionalbeverage issafe,reliable,andtechnologicallyfeasible, with excellent anti-stress and immunomodulatory properties,which provides new insights for the development of Ophiopogon japonicus products under the concept of "medicine-food homology".
