Abstract: To enhance qualitycontrolin food inspectionand testing andensure food safety,this paper analyzes four issues: personnelcapabilities,equipment management,environmentalcontrol,andmethodselection.Theseissusaffect accuracyandreliabilityofestresult,estrictingorkectivenes.Inpracticeitisssentialthatcountermeasuresinclude strengthening personnel training and operational standards,improving equipment maintenance systems,rationally dividing testareas with strictenvironmental control,and scientificallyselecting technologies basedonactual needs.
