Abstract: Grainand oil detection is an important technical measure to ensure grain quality.Therefore,in-depth understanding and masteringtheinspection methodsof grainandoil products,combinedwiththespecificcharacteristics and logistics characteristics in the production processand doing a good job in thequality inspection of China's grain andoil products playan important role inensuring China's food security.In view of the current management status and regulatorycharacteristicsof grainandoilsecurity inourcountry,itisnecessarytocomplywiththespecificrequirements of grainandoil inspection toensure the safetyof grainandoil products.Basedonthis,through theresearchof grain and oil inspection technology,the quality control of grain and oil products can be optimized.
