Application Study of Gas Chromatography Technology in the Quality Detection of Grain and Oil Foods

Abstract: During the production,processingand storage of grain andoilfoods,avariety of pollutants andunreasonable processing methods will lead to the generation of toxic substances or the imbalance of some nutritional elements, which will have an adverse impact on the qualityand safety offood.With the high eficiency and accuracyof gas chromatography technology,itplaysan importantrole inthequality inspectionof grainandoil products.Viacolumn separationof components insamples,this isahighlyeficient,sensitive,sample-savingandrapidanalyticaldetection method.The systematic studyof gas chromatographytechnology can effctively improve the accuracy and efectivenessof test results,and provide importantsupport for ensuring the qualityand safetyof grainandoil products in China.
