Abstract:Thisstudyinvestigates thedetectonofafulsubstance migrationfromfoodpackaginganditsiskaesmentstategie.It evaluatestargeeoadeletalsofoatealsdtdcoe limit of 0.13μg/L for bisphenol derivatives.A model basedonFick's law is established to identify key factors including temperature and time. Risk assessment reveals potential hazards (HQ>1 )from plasticizers and it is necessary to focus on non-internetionally adedubstances inbiodegradable materials.This research provides data and methods forenhancing packaging safetycontrol.
