Abstract: Withthecontinuousstrengtheningofoodsafetysupervision,driedediblefungi haveincreasinglydrawnattention to the problem of excessive mycotoxins during therepackaging process.Inactual production,rawmaterial contamination, fluctuations inwateractivitysubstandardcleanlinessoftherepackagingenvironment,andimpropercontrolofpackagingand storageconditionsmayalleadtotheaccumulationandspreadoftoxis,posingathreat toproductsafety.Tothisedtisstudy hasestablishedasystematicand quantifiable limitcontrol standardsystemcovering theentirerepackaging processtopromote the standardization and high-quality development of the dried edible fungi industry.
