Abstract：This paper established a method for thedetermination of asiaticoside and madecassoside in herbal tea by liquid chromatography-tandem massspectrometry method.The results showed that asiaticoside and madecassoside have good linear relationships within their respective linear ranges，with recovery rates of 85.1% to 95.6% and 85.5% to 94.0% ，and relative standard deviations of 5.2% and 3.3% . Therefore，the method built inthis paper features high separation efiiency，goodlinearity，highaccuracyand precision，andissuitableforthedeterminationofasiaticosideand madecassoside in herbal tea.
