Common Problems in the Operation of Quality Management System in Food Testing Laboratory

Abstract: Currently, China'sfood testing industry is at a critical stage of transitioning from pursuing scale expansion to focusing onqualityand eficiency,andthe efective operationof laboratory qualitymanagement system has become the core foundation for ensuring food safetydata.However,in the actual operation process,some laboratories face contradictionssuch asthe disconnection between system documents and actual operations,mismatch between resource allocationandtechnicalrequirements,andrigidrisk prevention and control mechanisms.This articleanalyzes the typical problems that existinthequalitymanagement systemoperationoffoodtesting laboratories,and systematicallydiagnoses themfrom three aspects:resource elementallcation,technical processcontrol,and managementmechanismeficiency. It aims to exploreefectiveways toimprove theeffctivenessof thesystemoperationand provideboththeoreticalreference and practical gudance for inspection and testing institutions toachieve scientific and standardized management.
