Abstract:Thequalityand safetyof agricultural products,which are crucial to the national economy and people's livelihood,havebecomeincreasinglyimportantintenewera.However,thetraditionalmethodsforaessngthequality and safetyrisks of agricultural products canno longer meet theever more complex market environment.It is necessary to contiuously optimize and improve the existing risk assessment methods for the qualityand safety of agricultural products to enhance theaccuracyand scientificityof therisk assessment.Themain purposeof this paper is tooptimize theriskassessmentmethods,accuratelyidentifypotentialhazardfactorsinagriculturalproducts,scientificallyeste degreeof risk,and formulate targeted prevention and control measures,providing consumers with more reliable and safe agricultural products.
