Abstract： As essential categories of daily necesities，grain and oil foods are directly threatened by heavy metal contamination，which endangers public health. Quality control in testing is crucial for mitigating polution risks.This paperdiscusses the targets，contamination pathways，and mainstream technical systems forheavy metal detection in grain and oil fods，clarifying the objectivesand comprehensive process requirements of qualitycontrol，and systematically analyzesquality control isses in heavy metal testing from these dimensions such as personnel，equipment，sample reagents，methodand workflow，and environmental management.Targeted solutions are proposed，including promoting personnel competency development，optimizing equipment lifecycle management，and strengthening samples and reagents control，aiming toimproveteelabilityoftestingdataandrengthenfoodsfetysupervisionintegrainandoilfoodinusty.
