Research on the Food and Nutritional Supply Model of Athletes During Sports Events

Abstract: Foodand nutritional supplementation during sports events is akey factoraffecting athletes'competitive state, physical recovery,andcompetition results.This article combines the energy consumption characteristics of dierent sports (endurane,strength,andskill)andthedifferences innutritional needsatdiffrent stagesofthecompetition(pre competition,incompetition,and postcompetition),systematicallyanalyzesthe athletes'requirements for the supply of carbohydrates,proteins,fats,vitamins,and minerals during the sports events,andconstructs a three-dimensional nutritional supply modelof "projectadaptation-cycle segmentation-individual customization".Research has found that scientificnutritional supplementation neds totakeintoaccountthe intensityof thecompetition,thecharacteristicsof theevent,and individual differences among athletes.Throughthe implementation path of "accuratelycalculating energy requirements-selecting appropriate foodsupplies-strictlycontrolling thetiming ofsupplementation",athletes'physical reserves,delay fatigue,and accelerate post competition recovery can be effectively improved.

食品营养补给作为调节运动员身体机能、优化运动员赛事表现的重要手段,其合理性与及时性直接关系运动员在高强度赛事中的水平发挥,以及赛后体能恢复情况,避免运动损伤。(剩余4858字)
