Abstract: This paper investigates the application of microbial detection technology in food safety.It first elaborates on the significance of applying microbialdetection technology infood safety,then introduces thecommon types of microbial detection technologies used in food safety.Finally,it proposes several application measures,including monitoring food production and processing,inspecting food storage and distribution, tracing the sources of foodborne diseases,and verifying false food claims,aiming to provide references for relevant personnel.
