Quality and Safety Risk Warning of Chinese Liquor: Detection and Control Strategies Based on Methanol and Cyanide

Abstract: To address the quality and safety risks caused by excessive methanol and cyanide in the production of Chinese liquorand enhance the risk managementlevel of the industry,this studysystematicallyanalyzes the source characteristics and hazard mechanisms of these two substances in liquor. It focuses on the core isses existing in current detection technologies,productioncontrol,regulatorysystemsand industrystandards,andproposed solutions by integrating cuting-edge technologies and industry practices.The research introduced intellgent detection technologies and theconcept offull-chain control to establish an integrated qualityand safety assurance systemof "detection - control -early warning -education".The results show that this system can effctively improve the accuracy and effciencyof methanol and cyanide detection and reduce the risks in the production processThe research findings can provide technical support for qualityand safetycontrolof Chinese liquor,enrich teaching materials forfood science and engineering, and have significant academic value and application prospects.
