Quality Control Strategies in the Cold Chain Logistics Process of Quick-Frozen Food

Abstract:Byanalyzing key factors affecting thequalityof quick-frozen foodcold chains logistics,including water recrystallzation caused bytemperature fluctuations,microbial risks,qualitydegradation,poorcoordinationamongcold chainsegments,and improper packaging and loading etc.,systematic control strategies encompasing temperaturecontrol technology,operational standards,and management mechanisms are proposedfor storage,transportation,and point-ofsaleoperations.Additionally,a safeguarding mechanism based ona comprehensive traceabilitysystem and specialized personel training hasbeen establishedto elevate the qualitycontrollevelof thequick-frozen foodcold chainlogistics.
