Application of Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Technology in Food Safety Analysis and Detection

Abstract:Food safety is acore issue related to public health and social stability,with precise and efficient chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) detection technology serving as a key support for risk prevention and control.Based on a systematic explanation of the principles of commonly used LC-MS techniques,this paper focuses on the specific applications of these technologies in fod safety analysis and testing,aiming to provide reference for the upgrading of food safety detection technologies and regulatory efforts.
